All earrings are made with high-quality polymer clay and surgical steel.

  • Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes. All earrings are made with surgical steel to ensure everyone can wear them.

  • Do you offer custom or personalised earrings?

  • How do I care for my handmade earrings?

Try to avoid contact with perfumes, skin creams and chemicals. Wipe down with a damp cloth.

  • Are your earrings lightweight and comfortable to wear?

Yes! Our earrings are so light you won’t be able to tell you are wearing them!

  • How do I place an order?

Via the website.

  • Can I buy multiple pairs of the same design?

At Poly Ed Clay Couture, all our pieces are unique, never to be repeated or reproduced.

Contact Jane at polyedclaycouture@gmail.com to discuss a custom order of multiple pairs of the same earrings (which will still be different and unique).

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit and debit card.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Do you offer gift wrapping or custom packaging?

Not at this stage, but we may in the future.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship from?

All shipping is from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

  • How long does shipping take?

All items are shipped via Australia Post the day of or the day after your order is placed.

Within Victoria, shipping times are 2-4 business days and interstate 3-6 business days.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Australia is $11.00.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

At Poly Ed Clay Couture, we want you to love your handcrafted purchase. 

Our policies comply with and do not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant regulations.

  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer refunds in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We take great care to ensure our pieces arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please:

1.      Take clear photos of the issue

2.      Contact Jane at polyedclaycouture@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
